The first qualifying feature of the proposal is represented by the centrality of digital tools, starting from the 'National Register of State Aid' and the telematic platform 'Incentives.gov.it' - both under the MIMIT - which will be enhanced. In fact, a set of new services will be developed progressively to support the different activities of the life cycle of the facilities that will form the "Italy Incentive System". The second key feature of the new Code is to be found in the standardization and rationalization of the processes of use, application and application of incentives. In this connection, provisions are introduced to standardize the main contents of the calls adopted by the competent administrations, with provision also for a "standard call " on incentives to enterprises. Public intervention programming tools are introduced in the light of results, which is a significant innovation. The implementation of the Three-year Incentive Programme will be supported by carrying out evaluation activities that the code provides for throughout the entire life cycle of the facility. To this end, the "Permanent Incentives Table" will be set up at MIMIT, a stable forum for comparison between the administrations responsible for the state, regions and autonomous provinces.
